学生申诉业务

一、简介:本校学生、学生会及其他相关学生自治组织对于学校之惩处、其他措施或决议,认为违法或不当,致损害其权利或利益者,得依本办法规定,向学生申诉评议委员会提出申诉。

二、申诉程序:学生对于学校之惩处、其他措施或决议不服时,应于收到该惩处、其他措施或决议次日起三十日内(若其他法令另外规定者,从其规定)以书面提列具体事实及检附相关资料向申评会提出申诉。逾期不予受理。
Current UCH students may submit appeals/complaints against illegitimate or improper rulings or administrative actions (dispositions) which have infringed their personal interests to the UCH Student Appeals Review Committee.
The submission of the appeal/complaint must be within 30 days after receiving the administrative action (disposition),unless it is otherwise stipulated by other laws.
