學生申訴業務
一、簡介:本校學生、學生會及其他相關學生自治組織對於學校之懲處、其他措施或決議,認為違法或不當,致損害其權利或利益者,得依本辦法規定,向學生申訴評議委員會提出申訴。二、申訴程序:學生對於學校之懲處、其他措施或決議不服時,應於收到該懲處、其他措施或決議次日起三十日內(若其他法令另外規定者,從其規定)以書面提列具體事實及檢附相關資料向申評會提出申訴。逾期不予受理。
Current UCH students may submit appeals/complaints against illegitimate or improper rulings or administrative actions (dispositions) which have infringed their personal interests to the UCH Student Appeals Review Committee.
The submission of the appeal/complaint must be within 30 days after receiving the administrative action (disposition),unless it is otherwise stipulated by other laws.
